- Jesup and Hemlock Path Loop and the Cadillac summit path: two mostly level trails in a figure-8, and "this 0.3-mile path provides breathtaking 360-degree views" at the top of Cadillac Mountain (NPS Acadia: accessibility (opens in new tab), [Official], checked Oct 22, 2026).
Accessibility and ratings
Heads-up: Hulls Cove Visitor Center entrance. "The main entrance to the visitor center requires visitors to pass through a covered information pavilion at the edge of the parking lot and to climb a series of tiered concrete sidewalk pathways with a total of 52 steps." The rear entrance "has an automatic door" (NPS Acadia: accessibility (opens in new tab), [Official], checked Oct 22, 2026).
Heads-up: boardwalk width. "A wooden boardwalk section may accommodate most mobility devices, but due to its width (3 feet) it may not be suitable for some wheelchairs and mobility scooters" (same page). Wooden boardwalks can be slippery when wet, especially under trees; this affects people walking (including with canes or walkers) more than people in wheelchairs or scooters.
Heads-up: Sieur de Monts parking. The park's page gives two different counts of accessible spaces there, so check on arrival (same page).
