Parking is 4: its accessibility page places accessible parking, with accessible shuttles, for both the house and the Conservatory, but it also says "ADA-accessible parking spaces are provided in the majority of estate parking lots," not all of them. Paths is 4, because Biltmore itself says only two floors of the house and some of its gardens are accessible. Staff & Info is 5: there's an official accessibility page and a Guest Services number. Entry isn't rated: no source describes how wheelchair users enter the house. Overall is 4.5: the average of the 4 rated categories is 4.5.
