Rhode Island

In Bristol, Blithewold Mansion, Gardens & Arboretum has a ramp at the front entrance of the mansion and a permanent ramp at the staff entrance, with ADA-compliant restrooms at the staff entrance and in the Visitors Center. Handicap parking is in front of the Visitors Center and near the staff entrance. The mansion's second floor is reached only by stairs, and a free audio tour covers both floors. Outside, the paths are mostly semi-loose gravel, and an all-terrain wheelchair is available on request for the grounds.

Come in spring for the daffodils, and plan for the gravel.
