Entry scores 5 (Venue states accessible): the visitor center has push-button entrance doors and lowered desks. Restrooms score 5: the visitor center has accessible restroom stalls. Parking and Staff & Info are Not verified; the free assisted listening devices and sign interpreters are features, but our loaner rule covers mobility equipment only. Overall is 5 of 5, the average of the 3 rated categories. The rating covers the visitor center and the Accessible Tour only; other cave tours have stairs. The Accessible Tour is temporarily unavailable (NPS alert posted May 6, 2026), so the Paths score describes the tour as the park built it, with a dated note.
