At Congaree National Park, near Hopkins, the 2.6-mile Boardwalk Trail starts at the Harry Hampton Visitor Center, and the park says it "has benches along the way and is wheelchair and stroller accessible."
The visitor center has automatic doors during normal operating hours and loans wheelchairs free of charge, first come, first served. The three lots outside it have five accessible spaces between them, and the visitor center has accessible restrooms, including a 24-hour family restroom. Paddlers can borrow adaptive kayak gear free with at least 24 hours' notice.
The floodplain floods about ten times a year, and high water can make parts of the boardwalk inaccessible, so check the park's current conditions before you go.
